Agroforestry: Forest Farming

At the experiential forest farming plot at Shavers Creek Environmental Center I am working with volunteers to plant the native wild ramps (Allium tricoccum) that I donated from a salvage project I am working on. These plants are prized for their culinary uses, and have an important cultural history. April 2025
